Myofunctional Therapy is the neuromuscular re-education of the muscles of the mouth, face and throat. Through a series of exercises it retrains the muscles to function correctly, to create ideal tongue posture, lip seal, nasal breathing and correct swallowing.

Myofunctional Therapy Program

Our 6-month program includes 12 guided sessions designed to strengthen oral and facial muscle function. We focus on tongue posture, nasal breathing, lip seal, and swallowing to correct muscle imbalances that can contribute to snoring, jaw pain, sleep issues, and orthodontic relapse—helping you achieve lasting results and better airway health.
